The covered 450 sq. ft. outdoor dining porch overlooks the pool and 3600 sq. ft. open sun terrace. Numerous rockers, chaises, dining chairs, a hammock and a popular large sun lounge-bed provide abundant seating for everyone. And for added peace of mind, there are child safety features: a special gate separates the covered dining area from the pool and sun terrace. The entire ground level terrace is gated; all railings are spaced closely together and are high enough to offer security.

The large living room seats ten as does the formal dining room. An extra dining table can be brought in for larger groups. The first floor card room directly off the living room offers a quiet spot for working (heaven forbid!) or a cozy spot for dining ... except when nightly poker games take over.

The villa is ideal for large or small groups with plenty of room to spread out both indoors and outdoors. Numerous rocking chairs and chaise lounges offer the opportunity to relax in the sun or shade, while a hammock on the second floor terrace is perfect for a peaceful nap.

The villa sleeps 16 plus with considerable flexibility and comfort. All air conditioned bedrooms are located on the second floor. Three ocean side bedrooms have balcony or terrace access; 2 are suites with their own sitting area and private bathroom. A 4th cozy hill side bedroom has two twin beds. And the very popular 5th bedroom is a large "L" shaped dormitory that sleeps 6 comfortably with two twin beds and two bunk beds. A futon, premium elevated Aerobed, folding cot and 2 standard size cribs add additional sleeping space.
