The entire first floor consists of the main living, dining, recreational and service areas. A large 34 foot in-ground pool, spacious covered dining terrace, and open sun terrace measuring an impressive 3400 square feet with an outdoor kitchen and full bath are surrounded by a privacy wall. For those families with small children there is a security gate that separates the pool area.

Plenty of open land surrounds the villa on all sides with large grassy lawns and tropical bushes on two sides, a "banana tree plantation" on the third side and a dirt road with views up the hill on the fourth side. Your privacy will not be jeopardized by neighboring homes.

All guest bedrooms are air-conditioned and located on the 2nd floor. You will find a large semi covered terrace and a spacious private balcony- perfect for massages, quiet cocktails or relaxing in the hammocks. Both have beautiful views of the ocean and Mount Isabel de Torres.

Ocean view MBR 1 with full bath: 1 King bed, sitting area with full size futon and TV; direct access to the large semi covered terrace. A separate art studio can be used as a nursery; it is the perfect spot for a crib or cot.

Ocean view MBR 3 with full bath: 1 King and 1 Twin bed plus a TV and large private balcony

Hill Side BR: 2 Twin beds (can be converted to a King)

Dormitory: 4 Twin beds and 1 Bunk Bed to sleep 6 people plus a flat screen TV with Game System

Also available: Elevated Twin size Aerobed, 2 full cribs & 1 folding cot with 4 inch mattress. Twin beds have a conversion kit and appropriate bedding to make a King size bed
