Twenty plus years of living in Cofresi has enabled us to develop long term relationships with our staff. They are dedicated, experienced and eager to serve you. They have become our second family and many guests feel the same by the end of their stay.

Starting with your arrival at the airport you will not have to worry about finding your way. Julio, our houseman, provides airport meeting service for the same rate as the taxis. He will be waiting outside the airport doors to whisk you and your luggage directly to the villa.

Ongoing attentive service from the maid(s), houseman, night watchman and tour director will ensure that all your needs are taken care of. We even have mother’s helpers standing by to assist with children so parents can actually relax. And should any problems or issues arise, our full time manager is ready to step in and address them. It is easy to relax in this lovely Caribbean island when you are in such good and experienced hands.

Attentive, Dedicated & Trustworthy Staff

Julio Martinez is our devoted houseman of more than 20 years and speaks English. He settles you in, shows you around and answers any questions you may have. He purchases a mini food packet for your arrival if requested, and is on the scene to ensure an easy, care free vacation. He keeps our gardens, terraces, pool and villa in pristine condition, and can be hired to run errands.

Nelsida, Julio's sister, is our courteous and hardworking "Primary Maid". Her hours are approximately 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. She cooks and serves your meals, prepares drinks and snacks as you wish, makes the beds, does laundry and keeps the villa clean. Sunday is her day off. On that day, a back up maid will come.

Gabino Binet, our full time manager oversees the management of our villa and staff. He will stop by to greet you and answer any questions. He is fluent in English and is a talented problem solver.

Mercey, Julio's wife, is our "Secondary Maid", who assists when there are large groups and is generally the Sunday maid

Jose is our Night Watchman who works each night from dusk until dawn. His presence acts as a deterrent to petty crime, and has served us well, since there have been limited problems here in Cofresi.

Juan assists in keeping our extensive gardens, landscaped with tropical flowers and trees, a spectacular sight and joy to behold.

Additional "RESERVE STAFF" can be hired for special circumstances such as helping with parties, providing musical entertainment, or serving as a mother’s helper/ baby sitter.
