Almost thirty years of living in Playa Cofresi has enabled us to develop long term relationships with our staff. They are dedicated, experienced and eager to serve you. They have become our second family and many guests feel the same by the end of their stay.

Starting with your arrival at the airport you will not have to worry about finding your way. Julio, our personal houseman, provides airport meeting service for the same rate as the taxis. He will be waiting outside the airport doors to whisk you and your luggage directly to the villa.

Ongoing attentive service from the maid(s), personal houseman, night watchman and local tour director will ensure that all your needs are taken care of. We even have mother's helpers standing by to assist with children so young parents can unwind, and the staff can quickly call for a masseuse or mani-pedicurist... Your vacation begins the moment you walk through the door. Should any problems or issues arise, our full time manager is ready to step in and address them. It is easy to relax in this lovely Caribbean island when you are in such competent and experienced hands.

One important note: Our staff understands your need for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. They will cheerfully offer services as needed but will also quietly retreat to their own staff quarters allowing your group the privacy to enjoy your vacation on your terms without excessive interference.

MAID SERVICE
Villa Vista Del Mar uses a team approach to the daily maid/ chef/ housekeeping duties in order to provide ample coverage 7 days a week. Generally the maids work from 8:30- 4:30, but are willing to stay later (7-8PM) on weeknights and on the first day of your arrival for those guests that wish to enjoy dinner at the villa. That way if you had a busy day traveling and arrive at the villa late in the afternoon you can relax, unpack, and get thoroughly settled without feeling the need to immediately venture off to a restaurant. You also have the option of sending the maids home early if you would prefer to have the villa to yourselves.

We have two highly experienced primary maids and two very efficient back-up maids so you will be fully covered. They will cook and serve your meals, prepare drinks and snacks as you wish, make the beds, tend to the laundry and keep the villa clean. And most importantly they will bring you frosty tropical drinks while you float in the pool. They will cater to the individual needs of your group. For example they understand that some kids want a different meal from the adults, or there may be vegetarians or food allergies in the group. They also retreat to their own service quarters because they understand your need for privacy.

Nelsida, Julio's sister, and Mercy, Julio's wife, are the courteous, hardworking primary maids and both have been with us for over 10 years.

sobeLda and Rosa are the cheerful, attentive back up maids who come on duty when there are larger groups.

Julio Martinez is our personal full time devoted houseman of 20+ years and speaks English. He settles you in, shows you around and answers any questions. He keeps the property in pristine condition and takes care of optional requests such as food shopping, party events and errand service throughout your vacation. Julio is on the scene 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM Monday- Saturday to ensure an easy, care free vacation.

Gabino BINET; is our full time manager (available 24/7) who oversees the management of our villa and staff. He will stop by to greet you and answer any questions. He is fluent in English and is a talented problem solver.

PEDRO PABLO, is our personal Night Watchman who works Monday - Saturday from dusk until dawn and all day Sundays. His presence acts as a deterrent to petty crime, and has served us well, since there have been limited problems here in Cofresi. ELPIDIO is our Sunday night back-up watchman.

Additional "RESERVE STAFF" can be hired for special circumstances such as helping with parties, providing musical entertainment, or serving as a mother's helper/ baby sitter. Masseuses and manicurists are just a phone call away.
