RENTAL RATES FOR VILLA VISTA DEL MAR: LUXURY FAMILY VACTION AT AFFORDABLE PRICES
Rental of the villa provides guests with the use of all utilities, furnishings, linens (including pool towels & beach sand chairs) bottled water, assorted books, games, puzzles, yard games such as croquet, bocce ball and badminton. It also inlcudes the attentive services of the maids/ housekeepers, cooks, houseman, night security, general manager, as well as access to the local tour operator. Guests are responsible for purchasing all consumable and perishable products such as food, beverages and personal care items.

OPTIONAL SERVICES ENSURE A RELAXING CARE-FREE VACATION
Guests may take advantage of several optional services such as: Airport Transfer, Initial Food Package Set Up, Ongoing Food Shopping, Errand Service, Party or Event Planning, etc. Full details are available upon booking. Fees for these services are separate from the Rental Rates.

TIPPING PROCEDURE
The maids work very hard to ensure all guests have a relaxing vacation and most guests feel they earn every penny of their tip. If guests wish to tip beyond the recommended amount it is perfectly acceptable. The minimum recommended tip is $5 per person per day. For groups of 5 or more the maids tip is collected in advance.





RENTAL POLICIES
1. To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to the vacation start date.

2. Checks, money orders or wire transfers in US funds are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted. Checks should be made payable to and sent to:

3. The maximum number of guests is generally 16 but may go up to 18-19 if there are numerous children and babies in the group.

4. Check in time is 3PM, check out is 12 noon.

5. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-rent the villa. If successful, payments will be refunded. If the villa is not re-booked for the reserved dates the deposit will be forfeited.

Guests are encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance should this risk exist. Numerous companies can provide this insurance such as www.insuremytrip.com or www.travelguard.com Guests should do their own research to find a company they are comfortable with, as we have no affiliation with any particular company.

6. This is a family home and no local female entertainers/ guests are permitted on the premises at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
