RENTAL RATES listed below already include all taxes and fees. Rental of the villa provides guests with the services of the housekeeper(s), houseman, night watchman, general manager, and the use of all furnishings, linens and utilities. Guests need to provide all consumable and perishable products such as food, beverages and personal care items.

There is a minimum 4 night rental in the Low Season and 7 nights in the High Season.

Nightly Rental Rate is $850 (includes all taxes and fees) Covers up to 15 guests. Minimum rental period is 7 nights

RENTAL POLICIES

1. To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to the vacation start date.

2. Checks, money orders or wire transfers in US funds are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted. Checks should be made payable to and sent to:

3. The maximum number of guests is 15, including children and babies, unless specific permission is granted by the owner. Special events such as weddings, christenings or other parties need to be authorized beforehand.

4. Check in time is 3PM, check out is 12 noon.

5. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-rent the villa. If successful, payments will be refunded. If the villa is not re-booked for the reserved dates, the rental amount will be forfeited.

Guests are encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance should this risk exist. Numerous companies can provide this insurance such as www.insuremytrip.com or www.travelguard.com Guests should do their own research to find a company they are comfortable with, as we have no affiliation with any particular company.

6. This is a family home and no "local guests" are permitted on the premises at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
